Launched in July 2014, gardiente is the result of an initiative by trade and industry. It is organised as a trade fair for doing business, promoting dialogue and networking. In addition to existing events, gardiente is to create an early meeting place for suppliers and specialist buyers of garden furniture, sunshades and stands, BBQs, textiles and accessories as a complement to existing events.

With an innovative concept, gardiente offers the retail trade a needs-based order format taking place at an optimal time in July. The very heart of gardiente are the trade fair, featuring strong brands for specialist retailers, and the Concept Area, spotlighting innovative partners and their products. The programme is rounded off with our community events such as „gardiente night“ and gardiente BBQ World with shows and tasting events.

The venue in Wallau presents visitors with a clear layout where everything is within easy reach. This attractive platform provides visitors with a quick and comprehensive market overview. gardiente is an industry event with a clearly defined identity, allowing the programme for visitors and exhibitors to be closely tailored to the needs of the sector.

Gardiente offers specialist retailers and specialist stores with the date at the beginning of July an ideal basis to find out about new products for the next season. The experiences of the current season can thus flow into the range planning. Ordering the core range in time will ensure that the specialist trade has a high profile for the coming season.

At the Messecenter Rhein-Main, Hofheim (Wallau). The exhibition centre is in a great location with excellent transport links, right by the intersection “Wiesbadener Kreuz”.

gardiente is a trade-only fair. The visitors comprise specialist retailers, buyers from the wholesale trade, specialist buyers, garden centres, DIY markets, furniture retailers, architects.

Offering over 660 spaces right next to the fair, our car park is completely free of charge. Admission to the trade fair is likewise free. Please note, however, that you will need valid proof of commercial activity.

If you register as a trade buyer, we can be sure that you are involved in the industry whilst guaranteeing a smoothly run event for both our exhibitors and buyers.
